Your instructor
Gaella is a licensed speech-language pathologist with over a decade of experience empowering individuals with communication disorders. She earned her Master’s in Communication Disorders from Emerson College in 2020 and holds a Master’s in Special Education from the University of Oregon, achieved in 2015. A proud member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), Gaella currently practices in Nevada, where she is the founder of Speech Box LLC, a private speech therapy clinic in Las Vegas.
Driven by her passion for inclusivity and advocacy, Gaella has made significant contributions to autism awareness and education. While working at Alamo Elementary School, she wrote and directed a groundbreaking play for Autism Awareness Month, featuring both general education and self-contained students. This impactful project earned recognition from Congresswoman Susie Lee, an endorsement from Senator Jacky Rosen, and coverage on KSNV News.
In addition to her clinical work, Gaella is a dedicated entrepreneur and advocate for small businesses. In July 2024, she was invited to the White House to participate in the Southwest Regional Briefing for small business owners, showcasing her leadership and commitment to serving her community.
